RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase from Vintage Street! We are here to provide you with the best online shopping experience you can find, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return, refund or exchange your items to ensure that you are completely satisfied!
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to discuss your return options. Please ensure you see our sale/clearance items section below for the return policy. Please note that if you wish to return or exchange an item, the postage will be at your own cost to return the item to us. To arrange an exchange, please email and let us know what you would like so we can put it on hold. You will then need to include a self-addressed return satchel or alternatively we can use our courier to delivery your exchange at a cost of $9.50.
Refunds
To receive a refund on full priced items only, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item with your contact details and order number. You will be required to return the item in a safe and secure Australia Post Express post satchel with a tracking number. Please hold onto this tracking number, and we will process your refund upon receipt of the goods in their original condition. We are not able to refund original shipping costs paid by yourself or us, therefore the refund amount will be your total purchase price less your original postage charge of $9.50, unless the item was faulty. If you purchased a full priced item with free shipping, your refund will be the purchase price amount less our postage cost to deliver to you. We can only offer refunds on full priced items and an exchange on sale items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days notifying us of your intention to do so. Please provide us with the product number, size and colour of the item you wish to exchange for, and we will email confirmation that this item is in stock. You will be required to return your original item in a safe and secure Australia Post Express post satchel with a tracking number. This postage cost will be at your own expense. Please hold onto this tracking number, and we will process your exchange upon receipt of the goods in their original condition. You can choose to include a self-addressed return satchel for your exchange or alternatively we can re-deliver to you using our courier at a cost of $9.50.
Credit Note
You can also receive a credit note if you do not wish to exchange or refund your item. You will be able to use this online credit like a gift voucher, and it will be valid for purchases in our online store for a period of 6 months. Please notify us of your intention to receive a credit if you wish to return your item. Once your purchase has been returned to us using an Australia Post Express post satchel with a tracking number, we will email you the details of your credit note being your purchase price less the postage amount of $9.50 originally paid.
**Clearance Items**
Please note that there are no returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges offered on any items listed on our clearance sales pages. These include all items added to the $10, $15, $25, $50, $75 clearance categories on our website so please choose carefully.
Sale Items & Purchases Using a Promo Code or Storewide Offer
For sale items, or items purchased using a promo code or % off storewide offer, we are unable to offer a refund, but we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Please note the postage on the exchanges of sale items including those using a promo code will be at your own cost and must be paid prior to us sending out your new exchange. If you prefer, you can include your own return satchel and we will post out as soon as your return arrives.
Important Information for Returns
All returns, including refunds and exchanges must be returned to us in their original condition. This means that all tags must still be attached, the item must be un-worn and in new condition with its original packaging. We do strongly recommend that you protect the item when returning it to us, as we do not accept any responsibility for damage during return transit or loss of the item. Vintage Street reserves the right to assess the condition of the item purchased, and if it is deemed that the item has been worn or is not in new condition, it will be returned to you and the additional postage charged to your account.
