What if I can't find my size?
If you are unable to select the size or colour combination you would like to buy, please contact us by emailing info@vintagestreet.com.au and we will do our best to get the particular piece for you.
How Often Do You Update Your Stock?
We receive shipments of stock during all months of the year, often weekly. To be kept completely up to date with new arrivals in store, and be the first to know about them, please subscrible to our mailing list and follow us on facebook.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Once payment has been received, we will ship your purchase immediately to the address you have provided. We use Star Track Express, so you receive your items safely and fast. Most deliveries can be made to 85% of Australia overnight provided there haven't been any unforeseeable delays. If you live in a more remote area of Australia, delivery can take between 1-3 days.
Is My Payment Secure?
We use EWAY the number 1 internet payment gateway provider in Australia. This means that your credit card details can be entered directly into our site, and processed securely. Your security is of upmost important to us, and our website uses 128-256bit SSL encryption to keep your details safe. You can happily shop on our website knowing it is completely safe and secure.
What Payment Methods Do You Provide?
After confirming your order during checkout, you can select the payment method that best suits you. You can enter your credit or debit card details directly, use PayPal, direct deposit, send a cheque or money order, and use a gift certificate. We want to provide you with all the options, but at the end of the day, the choice is up to you!
I Have A Promo Code, How Do I Use It?
If you have received a promo code to use for your purchase, please enter the code at the checkout. You can also check your cart by clicking "my cart" on the top right hand side of the website. This screen will show you your shopping cart, and you can enter your promo code in the box on the lower right hand side of the screen. Update your cart and your discount will be automatically calculated on your order.
What Happens If I Buy Something and It's Not Right - can I Return or Exchange It?
Yes! Of course you can! Our policy gives you the peace of mind to shop knowing you can return or exchange if it's not quite right. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note that you cannot return sale items, only receive an exchange. Clearance items are at bottom dollar prices, so we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/credit note on these items. All items must be received in brand new condition, with all tags attached. Vintage Street reserves the right to review all garments and if we believe it has been worn or is not in its original condition, it will be returned to you. Can I return a Sale Item?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any sale items, but you can exchange provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We provide one free exchange as we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
Are Your Photos Accurate for showing True Garmet Colours?
We do our very best to picture the exactly quality of colour and detail of our garments. Sometimes, there may be slight variations in colour of a particular garment however we try to keep it as true to colour as possible. If you receive an item and the colour is not exactly as you thought, please feel free to review our return and exchanges policy.
Do You Have A Store?
Vintage Street is an online boutique, and we don't have a physical store in Australia. We love what we do online, and have customers from all over Australia that prefer to shop with us than to go through the hustle and bustle of shopping on the streets. Being online gives us the chance to bring you all of your favourite brands in one place, and we pride ourselves on giving you a super fast delivery so you can get your hands on your purchase sooner rather than later!
What Do I Get If I Join The Mailing List?
By joining our mailing list, you will be the first to find out about all new stock arriving in store, special events and discounts that may be on offer. We want you to be "in the know" with all of the season's fashion trends, and this is by far the best way to keep on top of the fashion! You can unsubscribe at any time either on our website, or by clicking the link sent to you in our email newsletter.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we are shipping to Australia and New Zealand only, but will keep you updated as we plan to begin shipping to other great international destiations soon!
How Long Are Your Gift Vouchers Valid For?
Gift vouchers that are purchased through our website are valid for 12 months from the issue date. The expiry date will be detailed on your voucher. All exchange vouchers are valid for 6 months for purchases in store.
Can I Pre-Order On Your Website?
We list new arrivals as soon as they come to us - so if you are on the mailing list, you will be first to hear about them. We do not offer the opportunity to pre-order through our website, as there can sometimes be changes from the manufacturers where particular pieces are cancelled or modified in some way form the original images we receive. We don't want to inconvenience you by letting you make a purchase for something that is later cancelled and having to process a refund. What you see in store is available until sold out! If you are referred by an agency for a particular brand or item, please email us and we can make sure we hold one for you until it arrives and can be delivered to your door.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We use Star Track Express couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery straight to your door - in most cases overnight after your payment has cleared. This also means that unfortunately they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and need to deliver to a physical address. If you would prefer to have your order delivered to a PO Box, please contact us after placing your order and we will arrange to have it delivered via Australian Express Post.
